Cancellations Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued. Once order has been shipped, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Package must be in original packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. Returns and Warranty All of our items are protected by at least a 30 day back to base warranty. If your item is defective and within warranty you may contact us in order to obtain further instructions. - Generally our turnaround on warranty repairs is 2 business days. Damage Policy All of our items pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the item has occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged itiem, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix or replace your damaged item. Returned Products Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. |
