Codan 85xx SERIES Microphone & Mod.

On Local radio's if you move the purple wire over to the green wire, this defeats the audio link in the microphone,

making it easy to listen to stations without the microphone plugged in.....!

Microphone Connections:-

Pin1  PTT ground                brown

Pin2  PTT                            red

Pin3  Microphone ground    orange

Pin4  Microphone                yellow

Pin5  Speaker (link)             violet - purple

Pin6  Speaker                      blue   (VPD Option)

Pin7 Speaker ground (link)   green

(link) is found inside the microphone.
